Primarily for our construction clients, we have a number of detailed questionnaires that will help us completely understand your risks and exposures and make sure they are all addressed appropriately. While insurance is the primary method we use to cover our client’s exposures, many things can be addressed at little or no cost by paying attention to all the various contracts you enter into and making sure that you are only assuming the proper amount of exposure and by making sure you are passing along responsibility for exposures to your subcontractors. We offer these services to all of our construction clients at no charge.
